unable to install creo parametric on windows 11 22H2

Currently i am running windows 11 Pro , 22h2, i5 10210U with 16 GB ram and 512 GB of SSD

I am a student who got licence for creo parametric this year, after installation of the file of creo 9 and after running setup.exe as administer and the software runs fine

but here comes the trouble after verification of the student licence and all during the installing part of creo software I am unable to install it

to be more brief the creo page just closes down and crashes my system, as for the system i am using an Hp elitebook 840 G7 

so pls help me figure out this problem
