codebeamer FAQ

There was  no FAQ attached to the fundamentals of codebeamer class.  Would be helpful to have a quick guide, for example I still don't know if there is an undo function or how delete a reference if it was made accidentally or incorrectly.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Codebeamer Fundamentals Overview class. You are correct that the class does not include a FAQ sheet.

Regarding your question about an undo function, Codebeamer does not have a catch-all back button or key combination to undo actions. However, there are alternative ways to correct inaccuracies. For instance, if you create an item you no longer need, you can delete it. For references made accidentally or incorrectly, you can navigate to the item in question and update the necessary fields in the Details pane. For example, in the default Test Case tracker item, you can remove incorrect references from the Verifies field. There are other ways to update items in question whether one at a time or in bulk.

Best regards,
Jill
