 I dont see them in the model tree.

Hello,

Side 1 and Side 2 refer to the directions of the extrude.  When you are editing the extrude, select the options tab that shows up next to the placement tab to see the options for Side 1 and Side 2 depth.

You will see Side 1 and Side 2  in the Options window after you edit the definition of Extrude 1.
