Where can I submit trouble tickets/feedback or similar forms for PTCU courses that require attention due to invalid, corrupt, or otherwise unuseable files/classes?

Any errors in documentation, screen displays or training files that don't work need to be reported to PTC via a support case, not here in the community.
Opening a support case will get the problem in front of more eyes quicker and hopefully a quicker resolution.
