Available PTC CX Working Groups:

Augmented Reality Early Adopters

Status:  Active/Open (Currently looking for volunteers).

 

Whether you are just starting your AR journey or an organization with well-established AR practices, we need your help in shaping the future of PTC’s AR experience.

 

Type of Members:

PTC Customers and Partners Members should meet at least one of these prerequisites:

  • Experience developing AR applications
  • Experience managing AR projects
  • Experience installing, troubleshoointg, and/or using Vuforia Studio
  • Currently exploring or considering purchasing AR solutions

 

Expected outcomes:

Help AR customers overcome onboarding challenges and achieve their goals, faster Group members must be willing to actively participate with the group as follows:

 

Share their working practices and experience with AR

Define and capture use cases, expectations and requirements, along with expressing their business value

Evaluate and provide feedback on potential solutions

 

NOTE: We will not ask you to divulge any confidential business or personal information

 

Timeline: 12 – 24 months

 

 

PTC License Management Improvements

Status:  Active/Open (Currently looking for Volunteers)

 

Are you looking to influence the future of PTC License Management?

 

Share your experience and evaluate potential solutions related to Creo, Windchill and ThingWorx licensing.

 

Type of members:

Customers and Partners

 

Experience and Product Requirements:

* Experience with Creo, Windchill or ThingWorx license management

 

Expected outcomes:

* Improvement of the license management experience

 

Group members must be willing to actively participate with the group as follows:

* Share your working practices and experience with License Management

* Define and capture use cases, expectations and requirements, along with expressing its business value

* Evaluate and provide feedback on potential solutions

Timeline:  12-24 Months

 

IoT Digital Experience Working Group

Status:  Active/ Open (Currently looking for Volunteers)

 

From online documentation to training to navigating PTC websites, the digital ecosystem can be complex. This group will focus on how to improve the ThingWorx digital experience.

 

Type of members:

  • Customers
  • Partners

Experience and Product Requirements:

  • Experience with IOT including but not limited to ThingWorx and Axeda

Expected outcomes:

  • Improvement of digital experience for ThingWorx customers

Group members must be willing to actively participate with the group as follows:

  • Share your working practices and experience with PTC digital ecosystem

Define and capture use cases, expectations and requirements, along with expressing its business value

  • Evaluate and provide feedback on potential solutions

    Timeline:   12 – 24 months
