Support Article Issue

Could you please explain how this happens?
Today I was again searching for answers. But in this case, the both links at the bottom are not responsible. Apache Server down? Or is this a dead end?:

Hi @hheinze,

I've moved your post to our eSupport help forum. It looks like the article is displaying now. Are you still seeing the same issue?

Thanks

Thank you, it is working!
But today I have found some very outdated links.
I hoped it could help me, but what is about all those links down here?:
https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS41166?source=bloop

The page is from 2025, but the linked page is very old, but the links offered there, are really not working.

Hi

urls look dead.
The best course of action here is to file an Article Feedback by clicking Something is wrong with article (bottom portlet of the article) and follow the process.

It will notify the author of the article who is the better person to work on it.
