Feature overload can cause product design nightmares. How do engineers make it work? Short and interesting, with a couple jokes.
Saw an interesting comment on the original post on engineering.com's video site:
"It's marketing that wants the features. Not engineering. We just want to build stuff that works. And that is easy to manufacture so we don't get tons of warranty returns. I hate to say it, but Vince isn't the first guy to want a latte machine on his photocopier. The truth is more frightening than your fiction."
