Science project (i.e. baking)

I have a mixer jar with oil, honey, water showing the density differences before I mixed them and poured over the rest of the ingredients.  Final product: granola. 2nd batch since I have been home.

Is that one sitting next to the one with the other "mixture" tequila, rum and scotch?
