Addition of accessories and extra surfaces to modify the appearance of Manikins in Creo 3.0

I wish to know about adding accessories and additional material to manikins to change their appearance. For example, creation of manikins with a larger torso by adding mass to the body or addition of helmets and tools to the manikins.
