Hello,

How I can insert a fastener in this condition?

Maybe I could use the washer from 3D or there is an other way?

If you are attempting to run a fastener analysis, look up the advanced fastener analysis help center, and it will give you a thorough explanation.  Fastener analysis can only be used through two components.
