We use Productview (PV) and adobe reader to view drawings within PDMlink. But on clients with both Adobe reader and professional installed, PV uses Acrobat professional, at the adobe toolbar is not present. If I uninstall Acrobat professional the Reader toolbar is present in PV. Is there any method the have both programs installed and have PV use the Reader to view the drawings..? The problem was present on Windchill 8.0 with acrobat prof. 7.0 and reader 7.0 - 8.2 and now on Windchill 9.1 with acrobat prof. 7.0 and reader 9.2.
