Hallo,When I found a product code for license identification?

Hi Team,Looking for suggestions. We have limited Creo Parametric licenses (PROE_DesignAdvP T3 and PROE_DesignAdv T2). Is it possible to control license selection via the Creo launch .bat file so it checks FlexNet availability and automatically switches to the next available license if the preferred one is fully consumed?I’ve tried using lmutil lmstat in the batch file to check license usage. it checks the license count then close the launcher bat. i tried different codes but it is still bypassing the license count check. Hi,I have a new server and had to create a new license file for the host.The new license file has “BORROW =1” in all positions. The old license file has “BORROW =720”. If I understand right 720 stands for hours. 720 means 720/24 = 30 days. With the new license file, it is not possible to borrow a license anymore.All licenses are permanent.Is it possible to solve that?

I am the IT guy , not a user of CREO. For no apparent reason, our company has stayed on Creo 6 for a long time and it is beginning to cause some issues. The download isnt even on the site directly. Seems to be lack of support for newer PCs, etc. I only anticipate more problems.  Question is: How much trouble is it going to be to upgrade to 12 from 6 in terms of people learning the new software and problems opening files? Can the 2 co-exist on a PC in case there were a problem. 

For creo 10.0.5.0, while loading large assemblies from our network drive, it takes 4-5 times more time for me than the other users. Made my colleague login to my machine and run the same test. It was slow for him as well. tell us the issue is machine specific. Tried the first 3 resolutions from this article and still no improvements.Article - CS49886 - Loading/saving assemblies from/to network drives is much slower than from/to a local disk in Creo Parametric Is it something escalating to PTC would help?thanks.

HiI am on Creo 10.0.9.0As detailed in the picture below, as I increase the value of the Transparency, opacity increases. Shouldn't it be named to Fill Opacity instead of Fill Transparency?Hope I am not missing anything.

We are using Creo parametric 8.0.8.0. The model of laptop has changed to Dell Pro Max16.There are a lot of unknown issues during Creo operations like sudden shut-down of Creo, taking too long to open assemblies compare to old laptops and so on.Dell Pro Max16 is on Creo parametric PTC Creo 10.0 Hardware Support Dell while it is not on PTC Creo 8.0 Hardware Support Dell. Would there be any potential solutions for this?

Hi Folks,Is there a way to customize/tailor the Bill of Materials report in assembly mode so that the headers can be specified as parameters?  For example, instead of the default column header 'Name' I would like it to be 'Title'.  I would also like to create additional column headers. Thank you. 

Hello everyone, when Ι try to install creo parametric 12.4.0.0 Ι get this message and the creo parametric cant fully installed. Ι have try to install the latest java and the java 21 and still have the same problem. And then the pop up window shows about that my hardware cant be qualified for the photo render studio but when Ι run the hardware check utility , it shows that my hardware is qualified as you can see for those in the attached files.Please give me an advice for how to solve that problem.Thank you

I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.6.0After installing PTC Creo (11.00.07), I attempted to open various files. However, only assembly (.asm) and part (.prt) files will open. When I view a part, the background is completely black.Here are the errors that I facedNo error messages. but Despite successfully creating and saving new sketches, the part view still shows a black background. After updating to Creo 12, we noticed that the behavior of the Curve Tweak function has changed compared to Creo 11. Is there any configuration, setting, or option that would allow us to restore the previous behavior from Creo 11?”

The ZIP archive contains Notepad++ UDL files for config.pro and drawing setup (dtl) options. Hidden config.pro options get shown in a lighter blue, bold and italic. Comments get shown brown and can be folded, if they consist of several lines. Drawing setup (dtl) options alse get shown dark blue and bold.   To add a UDL file to Notepad++, choose "Language" and then "Define your language" in the menu. I am using Creo Parametric Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.2.0Good morning, when uploading the new releas and the new license file, I get an "inappropriate" error. I should point out that I also downloaded the latest license file.

I am using Creo Live SimulateI've designed a spring and as a stand alone part has a stiffness of 56N/mm according to Creo Live Simulation. I have created an assembly with 2 of these springs in parallel on a mass of 8.4kg. I expect to get a natural frequency of about 18.4Hz, but creo simulate live is giving me a result of about 173Hz. It appears to be looking at higher order resonant frequencies and not seeing the 1st mode natural frequency.I'm wondering if this has something to do with the contacts (bonded) between parts in the assembly? What is the significance of the tolerance value in this context?I'm starting to lose confidence in the reliability of the software.

Hi all,Creo+ Version - 13.1.0.1-001Windchill+ Version - 12.1.2.17 I'm trying to map attributes from Windchill+ to our start parts and then drawing templates to populate our change block. I feel like I'm probably not the first to try this and imagine there's a solution out there I just can't find. One major issue I face is that due to being on a Windchill+ system, I don't have the ability to change attributes through Type & Attribute Management without moving through PTC. If that is the only way to achieve my goal I will, but just need to know if that's my best bet. The attributes I would like to map would be :Change Notice NumberCA II DescriptionResolution DateCreated By If anyone has some information I would be grateful! I want to quickly see location (on the hard drive) of the part I am working with. I work with big assemblies in different folders. Sometimes parts are the same.   With Creo it's not clear. I looked for the answers. Suggestion is to edit config file. Is that really that complicated? And how to actually edit it?    Looked at this http://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_optm/usascii/index.html#page/optm/options_modeler/fund_five_sub/Setting_config_pro_Options.html They say go to Tools > Environment. But I don't have that menu option.   Your help is highly appreciated!

I am getting an error for license file does not support the version for Creo 12. I have reconfigure the installation still it is not working.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.7.0just migrated from windows 10 to windows 11. We manage all mapkeys in config.proworked fine with creo 10 + windows 10most mapkeys are two letters. For exemple "RR" for right view. etc.All mapkeys do not work properly since windows 11 migration. First letter is recorded by creo 2nd letters is lost, we have to hit second letter again to make shortcut work Hence needs 3 hits for one mapkey...Most of our daily tasks are performed with mapkeys.We are over 20users trained with these mapkeys. We cannot change them. Please let us know what issue is and how to fix it

I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.0.0 Modelcheck is not running properly. i have the files setup. (config_init.mc... and others). i have also enabled modelcheck in the config edit as well that the Modelcheck_dir. I have also enable show_reports.
