Config.sup

I am creating a config.sup file to create company standards moving toward.

I have approx. 14 users, working in Creo 2, where all software is loaded locally on each machine.. We have a file server that dishes out available licenses packs,, but I'm unsure of the location of a config.sup file needs to be. Where do I load the config.sup file so all users will have it load during log in?

Thank you, Dwayne

Config.pro files will load automatically from several folders, but the config.sup must be placed in the load point/text folder in order for it to be read.  Assuming that you are using a default install, that would be:

C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Common Files\MXXX\text

Replace MXXX with the build code that you are using.

To have all users use the same config.sup, you'll need to store it on a server and use a batch file to copy it into the load point when Creo is launched.
