Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express Licensing Issue

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our IT department is actively working on the Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express issue and we will let you know once the issue is resolved.

This problem recurs often, in the past few years it has been encountered at least every 6-8 months, why is this?

Why doesn't PTC make it easier to activate the program, like your competitors do?

It's been down for almost an entire week.  That seems excessive.  Can you please follow up with I.T. and try to get an estimate on when the system will be back online?  Maybe it's time to escalate the request...

Do you have it well the Creo is working again.

It always doesn't work for me.

It's a shame that this bug has been around for a week.

At least it works with the request for the manual activation key.

I have received confirmation that the issue is resolved.

Is this down again, none of the manual activation keys are working for me!!??

I just received word that the server is not down.

I was told the manual key is temporary and lasts 72 hours, and you will need to "regenerate the manual keys or directly activate the product with your credentials". I hope that helps.

I'm getting "An error has occurred" when I request a manual activation Key.
I've notice it this morning.

While the original thread was for v6 to 8 on windows 10, I am experiencing the same response going from v6 to v9 on windows 11.  Did not see a thread addressing that so am leaving comment here as it is the closest similar threat that I could find.

Am currently unable to upgrade and my version no longer works as well.  Even am getting Cloudfare Error 500 when trying to launch program. Not sure what to do. Am at a complete stop. Thank you.

I am with the community team and not a product expert, but I found this conversation with a possible solution.

I manage to solve this issue.

I uninstall all my direct modeling express in my computer.
I download the latest version 9.0 and install

Problem solved.

 

***You MUST uninstall first. before installing 9.0.
