This problem recurs often, in the past few years it has been encountered at least every 6-8 months, why is this?
Why doesn't PTC make it easier to activate the program, like your competitors do?

It's been down for almost an entire week. That seems excessive. Can you please follow up with I.T. and try to get an estimate on when the system will be back online? Maybe it's time to escalate the request...
Do you have it well the Creo is working again.
It always doesn't work for me.
It's a shame that this bug has been around for a week.
At least it works with the request for the manual activation key.
I'm getting "An error has occurred" when I request a manual activation Key.
I've notice it this morning.
