Creo Elements / Pro 5.0 - can't load cache

we're upgrading from Wildfire 4 to Creo Elements/Pro 5 and our 64 bit machines are having a problem loading the windchill cache file... now that we've launched once in Creo, we can't launch in Wildfire 4 and connect to windchill either... any ideas?
