Hidden sketches created in model show if model is opened from drawing

When user adds a drawing to his workspace, opens the drawing, opens the model from the drawing, hidden external sketches appear.  The same is not true if the model is opened directly (not thru the drawing).  Sketches are hidden just the way the model was saved.

- Sketches are on a Hidden layer in both drawing and model

- Config option 'autohide_external_sketch yes' has been added.  No change in function.

- Once model is opened and sketches show, if you select one sketch 'show' then hide it again, they all will hide as in the original model.

I have tried opening this in Creo without any config options and get the same results.

For the user to create the screen shots for different publications, they must first fix the model before creating the screen shots. or clear the workspace, load the model and open the model directly.
