Hey Everybody,
I just started experiencing this issue. When I start Pro|E Wildfire 5.0, I get the following error:
License request failed for feature
Requesting PROE_F FoundationAdvM...
7788@neals-m6600-pc: (:97) The desired vendor Daemon is down
When I log out of my Windows account and log back, it DOES NOT fix the problem.
Only after I SHUTDOWN and RESTART does it fix the problem.
It seems that this occurs when my computer goes into sleep mode or something. I do not know.
Any ideas???

Hi,
when your PC goes into sleep mode, then license manager fails, because network card is turned off.
Solution No.1: When the problem arrives ... stop/start lmadmin_ptc service -OR- FLEXlm server for PTC service
Solution No.2: Reconfigure sleep mode >>> disable network card turning off.
