I have a question regarding the compatibility of our Expert Moldbase Extension (EMX) license with Creo 11.0. Currently, our EMX license details are as follows:
From my understanding, Creo 11.0 requires EMX 17.0, but our license seems to be associated with an older version (possibly EMX 15.0, which matches Creo 9.0).
I would like to confirm:
I appreciate your guidance on this matter. Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

Hi,
if you bought EMX from PTC then its Feature version must be 42.0 in case that you need to use EMX with Creo 11.0.
Thank you for your response.
During the installation yesterday, we found that the EMX license is under a subscription (renewable) model, while the Creo main software is a perpetual (buyout) license. Currently, the EMX license has Feature Version 40.0, which appears to be compatible with Creo 9.0.
Based on your reply, if the customer wants to use EMX with Creo 11.0, the Feature Version must be 42.0. Since the EMX license is subscription-based, should it automatically update to Feature Version 42.0, or does the customer need to request an upgrade?
Looking forward to your clarification.

Hi,
please ask PTC Support to Rev Up EMX license. Maybe it would be enough to request current license file.
