Relocating CoCreate Designer Drafting 12.0 Licensing Server

We are running several seats of CoCreate Designer Drafting 12.0 and are replacing the server currently running Licensing Server 17.0. I need to know where I can download the licensing program so I can install it on the new server.

Is there a guide for installing, activating/moving the licensing server?
