STL file
when saving an STL file what does angle control do?
I have been setting it to 0, but then read an document saying it should be set to 1.
will this make a significant difference in STL file quality?
cheers

We create dozens of STL files for 3D printing and always use the default 0.500 angle and .001 chord height. (sometimes a tighter or coarser chord height for small vs large models)
The chord height appears to be far more significant than the angle, but I will admit I do not know the full intent of angle control.

I've been having some issues recently and wondering if my settings are the cause. I'm also create .stl for printing, but when it opens up in my printer slicer, it shows as surfaces not as a solid.
Any experience with that?
