Yes, you can control this along with a host of other default sheet metal part behavior's based off of the material thickness.
In your Sheet Metal Start Part, select EDIT / Setup / Sheet Metal / Parameters
This will bring up the Sheet Metal Parameters GUI. Attached is a screen capture of ours., and also the actual file if you would like to use it. "Note this file was created in Wildfire 4.0 but I think it should work with previous Wildfire Versions"
Set the selections to your companies preference, and save the Start Part, When creating new parts use the start part and the settings will be the same.
you can also save this file to a location, and for parts that were created not using the "start part" you can select File Open from the Sheet Metal Parameters GUI, and apply these settings to the part. "Note You need to review the part after making the change, as changing this file can change the part geometry of pre-existing parts."

Associates,
Does anyone know if there is way to set the default bend radius
sheetmetal uses based on the material thickness. We use a variety of
steel thickness' (14ga, 12ga, 10ga etc.) which each require a specific
bend radius and it would be a real time saver (not to mention error
proofing) if ProE would select the appropriate one as the default. I have
looked through the list of config.pro options and haven't found anything.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Dave
