Updating to Windows 11, version 22H2 wrecked FlexLM licensing app

In case anyone else is considering this upgrade. This Windows 11, version 22H2 update required uninstall and reinstall of FlexLM license server. The machine getting the update is the server and FLexLM was not functional after update.

There is a history of a Windows 10 update also causing the same requiring a reinstall of FlexLM license server.

Hi,

because of this Windows 10 feature I do not use lmadmin.exe/ptc_d.exe. I use lmgrd.exe/ptc_d.exe - this "combination" is not affected by Windows 10 updates. I hope lmgrd.exe/ptc_d.exe will work in Windows 11, too.
