What is the fix for the error message in MKS 2009 for the "Cannot obtain registry lock" error when you check in/check out a member?

Please see the below knowledgebase link to resolve this issue. The exact error message is slightly different, but it has worked for us for the "cannot obtain registry lock" issue for a long time.
It is also fixed in some of the newer versions of integrity, but I don't remember the exact release when it was fixed.
