Document----->Edit in word error !

When i run Document----->Edit in word, a error appeared. How should i do???

You need to set up templates for each type that you want "Edit in Word" capability. From the admin console, select the type and select the Word Templates node. Press Add and browse to a template (.dotx) file. I believe our customer community provides example templates.

I am working on exporting the requirements in word template and is there any sample template (.dotx) file available, Please point to it or share if possible.
