Issue with physical and logical files - MKS Implementer

Hello Team,
I need help with MKS Implementer, PTC Inc.

The issue I have is with physical and logical files.
When I make changes to a file and promote it, the new objects do not have the same object authority as I had given manually.

So, every time I make changes to the object, I have to go to all the machines/environments and change the authorities.
