I would like to know how exactly this property works?

I know thge description ==> "The name of the logging field on the change order that lists artifact changes attributable to the change order."

But not the actual meaning and how it behaves or responds...

Hello Karthik Komarla‌,

My interpreation of that:  There's a field on the change order type.  It is a logging field.  This field on a change order item lists what changes the change order authorized.
