Acknowledge Alert

Hi All,

I want to know acknowledge alert workflow exactly happening in Thingworx.

Firstly in ThingWorx if a property Alert is triggered when data change happened, the Alert will be in an "Unacknowledged" status;

Then you should see it in Monitoring->Alert Summary->Unacknowledged queue

When user notices this Alert and want to acknowledge it, he/she could click the Acknowledge button on the right of this page(you could also acknowlege it with build-in service).

Please explain more and let us know if this is not what you want to know.

This is fine.

Alert was generated and it is unacknowledged state initially. After some time it is went to reset state without acknowledged by the user. Can i get unacknowledged  list of alerts (actually in reset state). After acknowledging by the user, then only it should go to alert reset state.
