Analytics Trial Edition - ThingPredictor Connected Clients error

Hi,

I have ATE 8.2 installed on windows 10.  Tried to accomplish this tutor Build and Deploy an Analytics Model.

I'm able to create an Analytic provider, but during the verification step at Connected Clients tab I see an error message "No data available for Connected Clients" instead of "green square",

I checked "predictionms" docker container, it looks good.

And I can't see any error messages in the thingpredictor.log file.

Could you please advise me what else can be done to identify the problem?

Hi

You may want to check this post https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/Can-t-publish-model-to-Analytics-manager/td-p/545791/page/2  . You do need to ensure that you are using ATE 8.2.0 r3 and not r2 - you can see this by the name of the installer.

Hope this helps

Kind regards

Christophe
