Application Freezing When Navigating Between Menus Quickly in ThingWorx 9.1.13

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue in my ThingWorx application (version 9.1.13-b1101) where the entire application becomes unresponsive when I rapidly switch between different menu items at runtime.

It seems to happen when I navigate too quickly, before the current menu fully loads. The UI freezes completely and I’m forced to refresh the browser to recover. This behavior is consistent and reproducible, especially when navigating between menus itmes.

Check All Logs
Application,Script,Communication but it should nothing.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to prevent this freeze or handle the navigation more gracefully.

I had a problem that looks like this in 9.3.4 version. It has been fixed later in 9.5: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS394571

I would suggest you to upgrade your ThingWorx version.
