Autorefresh in mashup on change of value of a string property of a thing in Thingworx

I created a thing with a string property. I also created a mashup. I want whenever the value of property changes, the mashup available to end user should refresh. How can we implement it. I tried many options with data change event on property and calling different services  in mashup but nothing works.

Try to use Expression or Validator widget to find value change and use 'changed' event to refresh mashup
