Can we shut down case sensitive function when user login?

The customer want to do the user integration. They want to store the user name in all caps. As we know, Thingworx is case sensitive. So they want to shut down the case sensitive function. ThingWorx will do login authentication as the form of capital no matter what the user input.

If it could, how to do it?

Calla, that is not available out of the box. You can possibly look into using SSO/ Active directory so that the login is handled outside ThingWorx. Here is a link to the Security section in our Help Center that has more information on both.
