Cannot call service from another thing in subscription

If i try execute service of thing which update itselfs property manually - it works fine, but if i call service from subscritpion in another thing - nothing happened

Sounds like a permissions problem. When you test the service in Composer, it runs under Administrator, but when you call it from a Subscription it uses whatever user caused an event + System. Check out ApplicationLog for access-related errors.

That is not solve my problem. I just wait for answer from PTC support.
