Correct Property Binding for EMC Devices

What is the correct binding option for edge devices that connect via EMC? Should binding be set to "None"?

Do you mean the 'Binding' settings under a specific property of an Axeda Agent Thing?

You should turn that option to 'Remotely bound' and specify the 'Remote Property Name' (e.g., the DataItem name from your Axeda Agent) if you want to bind a remote property from the Agent.
