Could not load "mashup name" internal exception 4

 Hi,

I have been facing an issue of internal exception 4

when i use the show/Hide log in that mashup page it displays an error like

'An error occurred while loading mashup "Mashup name" Expected string for parameter content, received null instead.'

But i have not used any mashup parameter 

I have used three services in the mashup getproperties, querypropertyhistory and setproperties which is to get and set properties of a remote thing from kepware server

kepware server installed in same machine and i am using trial version of  8.5

Any suggestion?

If you go to the Explorer tab you can select the "Mashup". 

This will put the down arrow in the upper left corner of the mashup. 

The drop down list has the following entries:

Select "Configure Mashup Parameters", Are there any parameters defined?  This could be the parameter that the error message is about.

I have not used any mashup parameter

initially i created a parameter after that i deleted it, I even created a new mashup by just copying the panel still the exception error is displaying

I tried looking for the error message and only found a reference to a mashup which had a menu. Does your mashup have a menu?

I would look at the configuration of the menu.  I do not know a lot about the menu's, If you can describe what your are doing I will try to create a test case which shows the issue.

Sorry for the late reply!

I have a master layout with left side container.

In the left side container, I have used menu widget.

For the menu field i have created menu of 5 pages by giving mashup link in the menu definition

In the right side of the master page there is a contained mashup which displays the selected mashup from the menu

If it can help you, I have such error (internal exception 4) when I have double slash in the URL and navigate between mashup !

For instance : http://mytwx//Thingworx ....
