Does ThingWrox provide any predefined mechanism to migrate data to Hadoop Data Lake

We want to migrate data from ThingWrox to our Data Lake on Hadoop. Do we have any predefined mechanism to do this any webservice because we are using PostgresSQL and PostgresSQL does not Support CDC with informatica.

Please Suggest and Help.

Hi Rajeev, could you elaborate your use case with more detail. Is it like one time complete migration to separate system from ThingWorx or you looking towards having some functionality towards using Hadoop's Data Lake for storing ThingWorx data?

When you are saying you are looking to migrate ThingWorx data are you referring to whatever data that already exists in PostgreSQL or you are looking to move the entities and other related information as well? As far as I know there is no OOTB service (may be someone else here have better idea on this) - but you can probably pull all of the required data from ThingWorx using the REST API via OOTB as well as custom REST calls.

Thanks Sushant.

We want to more analytics on ThingWorx data through so we want to move this from ThingWorx to Hadoop. Or you can say we want to maintain history data.

Specially PostgreSQL

Do we have any OOTB Service or API to migrate data from PostgresSQL because I think PostgresSQL does not support CDC.
