So, it seems kind of simple, but I can't get it to work and not sure why.
The arrow on Drag to Reorder fields when creating menus, data shapes or whetever else doesn't work... I tried in different ways and in different entities but it just doesn't do anything.
Like I click on the 4 direction arrow and try to drag either above or below and when I drop it, nothing happens. When I have to reorder my fields I need to use the up and down arrow, which in situations where I have a large number of fields gets SUPER annoying.
Wondering if this is expected behavior or am I missing something here?
Thanks,
Caio

Hi @CaShimiz.
We tested under 9.3.7 on Chrome 113.0.5672.93 and were able to recreate this behavior. However, it worked under Firefox 113.0, so it does appear to be browser related.
Please let us know if you get the same results.
Regards.

Hello,
What version of Thingworx are you using?
I just did a quick test and it seems to work fine for me on 9.3.5.
I have also noticed this behavior previously, but it has always been intermittent. Is yours also intermittent?
I can't remember what versions or in what context it happened though.
Perhaps it wouldn't be such a bad idea to open a ticket with PTC for it?
Regards,
Jens
Hey Jens,
I'm currently on 9.3.4
It was intermittent a few weeks back, but for sure the amount of times that doesn't work is way higher than when it does, and now it doesn't work at all.
When I started using the 9.3 last year I thought this issue was solved but then it stopped working again
Hi @CaShimiz.
Have you tested with different browsers? Issues are sometimes reported following a browser update but then gets resolved in a later update.
