Error in Prediction Job

whenever test the model model is failed Continously

This is Model Error:Analytics provider could not create scoring job. Please refer to the application log for error details.

Application Log Error:Error in AnalyticsServerExecutor.getPredictionJobId :org.json.JSONException: JSONObject["values"] not found.

I dont Know Where do i Make Mistake, Help Me Resolve this issue
