Execute Custom Object on Asset Organization/Location Change

I want to execute a Custom Object every time the organization (and/or Org location) of an asset has changed in Axeda. Is this something that can be achieved with Expression Rule? If so, what type do I use?

There are no triggers for Organization change events. This is a great enhancement suggestion for the future.
