Error while trying to import the Google Maps Extension. The file imports successfully on our Development enviroment but fails to inport into the clients production enviroment.
The extension has been modified only to add the API key in to the metadata.xml file, as instructed by PTC support.
What does the error mean? where should I look - it sounds like a permissions issue to me but I'm an Admin could it be an issue on the underlying OS?
