I am experimenting with Remote Thing to transfer files from Remote Thing repository to File Repository thing (using FileRepository template) in Thingworx Core. The transfer is by using Copy service from FileTransferSubsystem, triggered by REST API. Under File Repository, I notice that there is event called 'FileTransfer' that is triggered every time a file is transferred, both in and out. To test the event, I create a subscription that increments a property:
However, every time I transfer a file using Copy service, totalTransfer property is incremented by 2, instead of 1. Can anyone explain this phenomenon? And also, is there a proper documentation for FileRepository thing template so that such info can be found?
