How do you refresh the User Extensions tab in mashup composer?

How do you refresh the User Extensions tab in mashup composer?

I sometimes have a service write to a specific field in the user extensions in the background.  Other services allow a refresh trigger to the service, but the user tab does not.  How does the user extensions list under the user tab get updated?
