How to get(download) from website(Integrity WEB attachment URL)

Hello

 

I need to get binary files from integrity web site

With attachment file URL, ID, Password, how to download attachment files.

 

I saw getbinary() service.

Can I use getbinary() service? if possible, can I get sample code? especially parameter
