How to use SendMessageWithAttachment service ?

Is there anyone who knows how to use SendMessageWithAttachment service ?

You should just have to import the Mail Extension, create a thing with the MailServer thing template, configure it to have access to your mail server, and then test this service. Is there some issue that you are running into specifically?
