Is there a way to forcibly remove Thing?

Hi I am SeonHo

I recently created a Thing that uses MQTT,

This Thing can not be deleted.

it Displayed errors only.

So I tried to delete this Thing.

Deletion is not performed.

Continue the deletion process, or the message Thingworx is not responding.

[After click 'continue button' and Thingworx was stopped.]

The result was the same when I try to save or cancel the edit.

Even I am logged in with the Administrator account

and there is no trace of logged in Administrator on another PC.

I confirmed using Snippet's GetActiveuser ().

I want to remove this thing that keeps an application error.

Even though Forcibly..

Any suggestions to me? Help me

Hi Seonho, have you checked the ApplicationLog for more detail? BTW, are there other entities that depend on this particular Thing? Which ThingWorx version is this and which persistence provider?

This is an error message.

I will attach more log messages.

Lost MQTT Connection For [MqttConnectionThing] : Cause Was MqttException

Unable to connect to MQTT in [MqttConnectionThing] : Timeout waiting for response from server

Thing using the mqttconnection template has error

Thing using the mqtt template has no errors.

If you know how to force removal, please let me know

Seonho, but these errors are connectivity errors. Was there any restart performed to check if that helps in deleting the entities? BTW, what is this entity's name? and is it not being used by any other entity?

Pandey, It is independent and nothing is dependent.

It is not used by other entities.
