The particular issue was found on iphone version 4. I have a dynamic mashup as a master and then again a dynamic (responsive) mashup as a landing page. The landing page footer is a menu, to help navigate to other mashups. So, i have both text and icons in the menu. The background is as black as it can get and text lettering is as white it can get. This renders great on desktop, laptop as well as android devices.
The same menu just provides a black background pane on iphones. I have tried different icons, thinking maybe there is color selection issue. I have kept just lettering, just icons or both icons and lettering to troubleshoot. All of them are rendered great except for iphones.
Can someone help me with this?.
What browser did you try? Just Safari or also Chrome on iPhone?
Hello Pai,
This community post was before my PTC support case.
So, this is Brad's iPhone 4 ((iPhone S/W Version 6.1). The safari version
is
safari/8536.25 .
He is not able to install Chrome on his phone. This issue is with the
Safari browser.
Thanks,
Karthik Ramesh
