Pingfed authentication issues after updating licenses

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.0 and DatecodeSP6

We have tried updating our Pingfederate licenses however we are having authentication issues.

we would need some more details regarding "authentication issues". Are they in ThingWorx? Or PingFederate? Did authentication work before? What is the issue? Is there some error message?

As you updated PingFederate license I assume issue in PingFederate? Maybe in the PingFederate logs you can find an error?

• Can you please provide more details regarding the issue you are facing?
• Is PingFederate working correctly after updating the license?
• What is the error message you are getting while authenticating ThingWorx Platform?
• Please provide the logs from the following locations:
  • /pingfederate/log/server.log
  • /ThingworxStorage.logs.Securitylog.log
