SSL Mashup Link - Making it publically viewable

How can we get the mashup link restricted by SSL to be publically available for testing/viewing

If Tomcat's Server.xml, located at \Tomcat install path\conf, has a 'Connector port' attribute set to 80 or 8080, you can access the Mashup at, for example, localhost:8080/Thingworx/Mashups/MashupName

So, Aaanjan....yes...we are using that, but...it does not help if you want to run a test on the mashup link as a whole, using commonly available apps which test your mobile implementation. The link or the server is returned as in accessible. So, we would like to be able to do that to test our implementation for design, performance and common web/mobile testing conditions.
