ThingWorx 8 H2 Installation on Windows

I am having an issue installing ThingWorx 8 on Windows, and I think it has to do with the TWX Server having full access to the license.bin file in the "ThingworxPlatform" folder.

From the installation guide: "NOTE: Ensure the ThingWorx server has Read and Write access to the ThingworxPlatform and ThingworxStorage folders. Without these permissions, the server will fail to start."

I have followed all other steps, and my ThingWorx folders are created once I deploy the .war file in Tomcat, but I cannot start ThingWorx.

Any suggestions or guidance would be helpful!

Hi Joe, Please share your application log so that we can track down the error.

Please make sure your ThingworxPlatform folder has permissions set on Everyone Full Control.
