Thingworx grid widget and mashup

Hello ,

      I was trying to display values of a column in a circle shaped image and value in it ,for example as below ,i ama able to change the full cell colour using state formatting ,how to achivev the below state ,it will be great if anyone can help for the same.

Hello Craig ,

               Thanks for replying ,i have gone through those documents you provided in the link ,but still not very clear do i need to create a custom grid widget for achieving my requirement ,or is it possible to build it using repeater widget .,or within the grid widget if possible.
